Introduction:

The Device Net communication adapter, weighs 86 grams and measures 19 millimeters in height, 86 millimeters in length, and 19 millimeters in width. With the help of this adapter, a variety of adjustable frequency AC drives and other devices may connect to Device Net. It is compatible with Power Flex Digital AC Drives, DPI external communication kits, SMC Flex and SMC-50 smart motor controllers, and Power Flex class 700 drives, such as the Power Flex 70, Power Flex 700, Power Flex 700H, Power Flex 700S, Power Flex 700L, and Power Flex 750.

A data rate switch, a node address selector, a 20-pin DSI connection, and a 5-pin Device Net connector. This adapter supports the following Device Net data rates: 125K, 250K, and 500K. It can support up to 30 TCP connections, 16 concurrent CIP messaging connections, and 1 exclusive-owner I/O connection with a request packet interval (RPI) rating of 5 MS and a packet rate of up to 400 total I/O packets per second (200 in and 200 out).
