The SR-1000 Series autofocus 1D and 2D code reader is a solution to the problems with traditional fixed-mount code readers with only one button.
This code reader SR-1000 can scan codes up to 1 meter away thanks to the focusing feature. Without the need for specialized expertise, the automated tuning mechanism determines the exposure duration, filters, and other settings. Additionally, this series, the SR-1000, boasts the world’s first automated polarizing filter control. This innovation can effectively reduce glare without requiring external illumination. Consequently, the automatic polarizing filter control leads to consistently stable readings of 2D codes directly marked (DPM) on challenging surfaces such as cylinders, hairline metal surfaces, and metal castings – surfaces that were traditionally difficult to read due to glare.
