The 1756-IR12 analog input module features 12 analog non-isolated channels and enables 3-wire RTD connections. The module has a status LED display with 24-bit resolution. The input/output ranges that the module offers are as follows: Ohms ranges from 1 to 500, 2 to 1000, 4 to 2000, and 8 to 4000. The 1756-IR12 module draws 200 milliampers at 5.1 volts and 70 milliamperes at 24 volts in terms of current. As a general-purpose I/O device, the 1756-IR12 ControlLogix analog input module has 12 channels in the 3-wire RTD mode. The component is a part of the Bulletin 1756 product line and is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation.
